Hawes Lane, West Wickham

At Hawes Lane, our brief was to create significantly more space while bringing a sense of luxury and clever design to the areas that mattered most to the family. We delivered a double-storey side extension along with a single-storey rear addition, almost doubling the floor area of the original house. This allowed us to create practical new bedrooms and a playroom that supported day-to-day living without compromising on layout or flow.

The real focus, however, was on the spaces the clients cared most about. Working closely with them, we designed a sleek yet warm kitchen with a hidden utility room and direct access to the garden, forming a central hub for family life. The new family bathroom was shaped to feel calm and luxurious, offering a sense of escape from the everyday routine.

The result is a home that provides the space the family needed, paired with thoughtful, high-quality design throughout.
