Upper Elmers End, Bromley

Upper Elmers End was purchased after probate and had not been updated since it was first built. The property required a full renovation to bring it up to modern living standards. We took the house back to brick and installed completely new services, including heating, plumbing, and electrics, creating a reliable foundation for the next stage of works.

To transform the ground floor, we built a rear extension that opened up the house to form a bright and spacious kitchen diner filled with natural light. As part of the redesign, we also created a cleverly planned utility room and a separate WC, ensuring the home worked practically for everyday family life.

This project shows how a tired and outdated property can be reimagined. By upgrading the core services and introducing thoughtful new spaces, we gave the house a fresh start and added significant long-term value.
